Sichuan embodied robot firm EIR raises over 100M yuan for home companion robot Aichu

Sichuan Embodied Humanoid Robot Technology Co., Ltd. (EIR) has closed a Pre-A round of over 100 million yuan, which it says will fund iterations of its humanoid robot Aichu, a 10,000-unit production base, and sales systems. The Aichu robot starts at 98,000 yuan and uses a 3D ultra-short-throw projected face for facial expressions. EIR says it will begin a new round of financing.
