Motive Technologies launches Agents, autonomous AI agents that anticipate fleet problems and act on them without constant human supervision.

Existing customers can deploy the Agents from today using guided workflows and templates, with actions such as alerting drivers to take breaks, creating work orders for maintenance, and flagging excessive idling.

Motive plans an update early next year that lets teams create their own Agents by describing a task.
