GitHub Copilot in Slack and Microsoft Teams now handles requests across multiple repositories in a single conversation, such as listing open pull requests or investigating an issue that spans frontend and backend repos. The update also lets users mention @GitHub anywhere in a message, switch repositories more easily, and use shared Slack messages and threads as context.
