Verge reviewer tests Twin Health's AI digital twin for metabolic coaching

Verge senior reviewer Victoria Song spent about 100 days feeding Twin Health's AI digital twin, a color-coded food database that predicts her glucose response to meals.

The service, built from a 90-day Dexcom G7 CGM, smart scale, blood pressure cuff, Apple Watch and blood labs, is available only through corporate or private health plans. Song says the twin changed her eating habits but produced no meaningful weight loss.
