DataVita revises Lanarkshire AI datacentre plan to rely on National Grid
AIDataVita now says its 1GW Lanarkshire AI datacentres will be fully grid served, after earlier promising renewable energy from wind, solar and battery storage through private wire connections. The company says its grid supply will come through a renewable power purchase agreement and that solar and windfarms could connect in the future.
