Imago Platform uses graph databases to make AI knowledge management more accurate

Imago Platform co-founder Magnus Helander says the company's AI model could not reach 100% accuracy on product warranty questions until it adopted Neo4j graph databases.

Graphs connect related business data, giving the model context and reducing hallucinations, and they let developers trace each step an AI agent takes.

The company, founded 18 months ago, serves clients in Sweden including lighting and electrical businesses, property managers and car dealerships.
