Amazon explains its serverless MCP server for AI agent data lake access
AIAWS Machine Learning Blog describes a serverless Model Context Protocol server, built on Amazon ECS with AWS Fargate, that gives AI agents centralized access to Amazon's enterprise data lake. The server is agent-agnostic, and exposing a new dataset requires only a JSON metadata file that is discovered on the next pipeline sync rather than per-dataset integration code.
