ElevenLabs finds voice beats chat for long, complex support calls
AIElevenLabs says voice succeeded 32% more often than chat in conversations longer than two minutes, and resolved them about one third faster. In a simulated canceled-flight scenario, 85% of 98 participants preferred voice.
