Columbia's Yunzhu Li team open-sources FlexiTac tactile sensor, ADI commercializes it

Columbia University's Yunzhu Li team open-sourced FlexiTac, a low-cost piezoresistive flexible tactile sensor with a complete BOM and assembly guide, about a year and a half ago. The sensor takes about 3 minutes to assemble and is being commercialized by Analog Devices, which says its version reaches five times the resolution of a human fingertip.
