Chery unveils Ziwei C100 central computing, S1500 SiC and M-series control chips

Chery unveiled its first in-house Ziwei chip family at its 2026 Global Innovation Conference, spanning central computing, silicon carbide power and vehicle control chips.

The C100 central computing chip is designed to run a 100-billion-parameter physical world model on the car, with two chips providing a vehicle-level 2,400 TOPS. Chery did not disclose the process node, foundry or production timing, and all performance figures are unverified company claims.
