Amazon plans $48 billion India investment through 2030, including $21 billion in AI and cloud

Andy Jassy said Amazon will invest $48 billion in India over the coming five years, including over $21 billion in AI and cloud infrastructure, following a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. By 2030, Amazon plans to support 3.8 million jobs, enable $80 billion in e-commerce exports, and bring AI benefits to 15 million small businesses and 4 million government school students.
