Google DeepMind and Google Cloud give 200 European researchers access to frontier AI models

Google DeepMind and Google Cloud are giving up to 200 top European scientific researchers direct access to frontier models and $3 million in compute credits. The tools include AlphaFold 3, WeatherNext, AlphaGenome, AlphaEvolve, and AlphaEarth Foundations, made available through the EU's RAISE initiative to help close a compute gap for European scientists.
