Anduril employee tender offer values defense tech startup at $90 billion

Anduril is letting employees sell stock in a tender offer that would value the defense tech company at roughly $90 billion, CNBC confirmed. Participants can sell shares at $94.80 each, with the offer open from Oct. 13 to Nov. 9 and capped at $1.3 billion, according to Bloomberg. The company closed a $5 billion funding round in May that doubled its valuation to $61 billion.
