Claude Code team explains how it reviews code at high volume

The Claude Code team says Claude writes about 90 percent of the product's code and that most review now runs through automated layers before humans look. From June to September, merged pull requests more than doubled while reverts fell by more than 40 percent. Human approvals are scaled by change risk, and the team tracks revert and incident rates as guardrails.
