Meituan releases LongCat-2.5, a 1.6T multimodal model for long-horizon agentic coding
AIMeituan's LongCat team released LongCat-2.5, a native multimodal model with 1.6 trillion total parameters and about 48 billion active per token. Meituan's own table shows Terminal Bench v2.1 rising from 70.8 to 88.4, but the model trails the top entry on Program Bench, and the figures are not independently verified.
