Getting started
Day One Bot. Brand new to Grok Bot? Start here. It'll help you get setup and familiarize yourself with the app.

Dad Bot. Send this to your parents. This bot is designed for the less tech-savvy people you know. I feel like Grok Bot would be loved by less techie people, so I built this to help onboard them.

Notion Setup Bot. Gives your bots a real memory in Notion, so you only have to tell them stuff once. Notion is fantastic for logging fitness stats, diet log, etc. Highly recommend getting Notion and connecting it to Grok Bot. A few of my templates below utilize it. So it's a must :)

Life admin
Errand Buddy. Pull into Target and your phone tells you what you came for. It keeps a Notion list of all of your errand items, and separately helps you setup Apple "shortcuts" workflows in the shortcuts app that will trigger a webhook every time you're near a store with relevant items on your list. Your bot will then ping you to remind you to grab whatever's on your list while you're there.

Budget Bot. Zero-sum budget in a Google Sheet. This bot hooks into your checking apps via Plaid, builds a budget sheet that will live in Google Drive, and then watches for new transactions/logs them autonomously. It will build and keep a dashboard for you that will update daily as part of a morning routine. When new income is detected, it will put it into the "ready to assign" category, and you will tell your bot where to assign the new income.

Automobot. This bot keeps you completely organized with everything related to your automobile. Registration, license renewal, insurance, maintenance, tire rotations, appointments, wiper replacement, oil changes, etc. send it a pic of any receipt and it'll log all of your car's maintenance so you'll have full records if you ever go to sell it. Nearly effortless organization.

Tesla Wrap Builder. Custom Paint Shop wraps for the 3D car on your Tesla's screen. Just tell it which Tesla you own, and it'll make wraps in the correct format.

Professor G. A preloaded skill aimed at highly effective teaching through modules that use easy to understand analogies, and quiz you at the end of each section. Love this one for learning new things. Just tell it to "teach you" whatever you want and it'll trigger the skill.

Coach G. A fitness coach that reads your wearable data, draws insights, writes training programs, and helps you stay on track for whatever your training goals are.

Crave Coach. Log your meals and get talked down off the sugar ledge at 11pm. Just snap a pic of your plate, and it'll estimate calories/nutrients, and log them in a Notion database. This coach works great alongside Coach G for keeping you on track.

Mac Mini Server Setup. Turns a Mac mini into an always-on AI server. This bot will walk you through toggling all the necessary settings in your always-on computer, and will help you install the necessary tools to make it as good as possible. You can just tell this bot whichever computer you're using and it'll adjust instructions. Doesn't have to be a Mac.
