fx v0.0.15 cuts long-session memory use 70%

AIfx v0.0.15 reduces memory use by 70% in long sessions and makes its binary 7.66% smaller, at 6.15 MiB, down from 6.66 MiB. The release also processes image-heavy turns up to 3.3 times faster and resumes sessions about 18% faster. It adds automatic model catalog refresh and a /fork command for branching conversations.
