Nearly half of employees admit exaggerating their AI use, Visier report finds

A Visier report finds 48% of employees admit exaggerating their AI usage or expertise to colleagues or managers some or most of the time. The report says 45% feel pressured to use AI at work and 54% say AI has significantly changed their roles over the past two years. Only 21% strongly agree their employer provides sufficient AI training and support.
