Claude Code v2.1.299 adds idle compaction and mod hook changes

Anthropic's Claude Code v2.1.299 adds idle compaction in the terminal, which compacts conversations of 200K+ tokens left idle for about 54 minutes before their one-hour prompt cache expires.

The release also adds the CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_FILE_MENTIONS environment variable, which sends Claude file paths instead of contents for @ mentions, and new $.prompt.media and $.session.identity() hook fields for mods installed by managed settings.

It fixes several bugs, including a regression that broke Edit and Retry in Cowork and claude.ai cloud sessions.
