Three ministries issue a 2026–2030 plan for high-quality digital village development
AIThe Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Digital Village High-Quality Development Action Plan (2026–2030). The plan sets eight quantitative targets for 2030, including rural internet penetration, the agricultural science and technology contribution rate, and rural online retail sales, and lists 24 priority tasks across five areas.
