AIChina's Global Governance: Xiong'an Vision, released Sunday at the close of a three-day forum in Xiong'an New Area, calls for open-source AI and a greater voice for the Global South in future tech regulation. The consensus document, which challenges US dominance in setting AI rules, drew delegates from more than 90 countries and international bodies, according to Chinese officials.
