I've been saying biggest moat for companies is ability to further post-train on your own domain using open models and now open RL envs (both cost a ton!)
I don't want to call for a fomo but if you aren't doing this you're missing out
Hugging Face's Merve Noyan argues that a company's biggest moat is the ability to post-train open models on its own domain data using open RL environments, both costly to build. She says companies not doing this are missing out. Her post cites NVIDIA's Nemotron 3.5 Super VL, which partners have adapted through post-training.

Big shoutout to all of our partners for making Nemotron 3.5 Super VL their own through post-training 🙌 Here’s what they’ve built 🧵
