Square launches Kiosk, a touchscreen ordering device with an AI voice agent

Square launches the Square Kiosk, a 21.5-inch touchscreen ordering device with an agentic, conversational voice layer that lets customers order by talking to an AI agent.

The Kiosk is available starting today at $1,999 for businesses on a Square Plus or Premium subscription, with a $99-per-device monthly software fee. It includes presence detection to greet customers and a contactless payment reader and card slot.
