Zoho outlines a three-layer enterprise AI strategy, from AskZia assistants to Zia Agents
AIZoho showed a three-layer enterprise AI strategy at its Beijing media event on October 20, pairing the AskZia assistant and Zia Agents with a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connection layer. Zoho COO Xia Haifeng says Zoho does not charge separately for AI, and Zoho MCP is compatible with Claude and ChatGPT and offers integrations with more than 300 third-party services.
