UK public bodies report surge in AI-generated complaints and legal challenges
AIUK businesses, local authorities, courts, schools and other public bodies report being swamped by AI-generated complaints, letters and legal challenges that are massively increasing their workload. Local authorities say some complaints are now about 10 times longer than before, with one about 200 pages long.
