Claude Code v2.1.304 is released with mod hooks and auto mode setup changes

Anthropic releases Claude Code v2.1.304, adding a /auto-mode-setup command that reads a project and recent sessions to configure auto mode, now available on Bedrock, Vertex, Foundry, and telemetry-disabled sessions.

The release also adds a decider: "person" option to mod tool.check answers, an e.isReadOnly flag, and a /claude-api managed-agents-secure check that compares agent settings with Anthropic's security guide without changing them.

It fixes numerous bugs, including sandboxed command failures on Linux and mod reload errors.
