Xiangan Technology builds 100-qubit quantum chips and plans a cloud platform

Xiangan Technology, a superconducting quantum computing company founded in October 2023, says its chips have reached 100-qubit scale with chip lifetimes above 100 microseconds and single-qubit gate fidelity above 99.9%. The company plans to deliver a 100-qubit machine this year while building a 1,000-qubit quantum computing cloud platform.
