Geoffrey Huntley uses pre-commit hooks to force agents onto his diagnostics library

Geoffrey Huntley says a pre-commit hook checks the git diff for direct calls to observability modules that bypass his diagnostics library. The hook fails the commit and injects a prompt telling the agent to use the diagnostics library instead, which he says brought agent compliance to ten out of ten.
