Saif Khan launches Center for Technology and Statecraft and says DUV tool controls are key to AI balance

Saif Khan makes his ChinaTalk debut as he launches the Center for Technology and Statecraft, an IFP-affiliated think tank focused on forward-looking AI and semiconductor policy research. The center's DUV report projects that stopping tool exports today could leave China producing roughly 100x fewer AI chips than the US by the mid-2030s.
