China issues 2026–2030 action plan for high-quality digital rural development
AIThe Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the Digital Rural High-Quality Development Action Plan (2026–2030). The plan sets eight main development targets for 2030 and 24 measures across five areas, including rural digital infrastructure, digital agriculture industries, rural construction informatization, and smart rural governance.
