China's Cybersecurity Standards Committee releases AI Safety Governance Framework 3.0
AIThe National Cybersecurity Standardization Technical Committee released the Artificial Intelligence Safety Governance Framework 3.0 on September 14 at the opening of National Cybersecurity Publicity Week. The framework updates the risk classification and refines technical response and comprehensive governance measures, building on the 1.0 and 2.0 versions released in 2024 and 2025.
