Amp's Changes pane now auto-orders diff files by importance

Amp's Changes pane now automatically orders files so essential changes appear first, based on reading the diff. When the diff changes, a blue dot marks an updated order that users can apply without files shifting mid-review. The new intelligent ordering computes much faster, and users can switch back to alphabetical order.
