AI judges favor busy websites over minimalist ones, study finds

AIDesign Arena reports that five AI judges picked a website with nearly four times as much text over a minimalist one for the same request. The judges still chose the busier site when every letter was swapped for "x," and they agreed with the human reviewer once the text was hidden.

AI loves busy websites way more than minimalist ones.

With the same request, 5 AI judges picked the one with almost quadruple the amount of text the text. The human who made this request preferred the one on the right. Even if you swap every letter for an "x", the AI still chooses it.

Hide the text, and it now agrees with the human.
