Worldwide Express automates freight billing exceptions with Amazon Bedrock agents
AIWorldwide Express, part of ShipStation Global, built a multi-agent system on Amazon Bedrock that plugs into its SpeedShip transportation management system to resolve freight billing exceptions. Six months after launch, the company reports a 75 percent reduction in active exceptions, a 4-week improvement in time-to-cash, $1M in annual savings and a one-time $10M free cash flow infusion.
