AIAlibaba is preparing to launch Qwen Go!, a personal agent in its Qwen app that carries out tasks such as filing flight-delay compensation claims and requesting Taobao price-protection refunds. Early testers reported a 70-yuan airline compensation payout and a 52-yuan price-protection refund, and access is rolling out in phases with no general release date yet.
