GitHub Copilot for JetBrains adds default model controls and a Fix action

GitHub Copilot for JetBrains now lets enterprise administrators set any available Copilot agent model as the default for new conversations through managed settings.

A new Fix action in diagnostic menus opens inline chat and asks Copilot to repair the reported issue, using agent mode when available and ask mode otherwise.

The release also adds an MCP setting to disable automatic server startup for Copilot and Claude, and drops support for JetBrains IDE 2025.1, which now requires 2025.2 or later.
