GitHub Copilot updates HydraFusion and adds a HydraFusion Max option

GitHub updates HydraFusion, its Copilot option that orchestrates multiple models into one response, with a pool that now includes Claude Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6.1 Sol, and GPT-6 Luna.

Reasoning effort is now set per step, with medium for drafts and high for review. A new HydraFusion Max option targets more demanding tasks, and both remain in research preview across VS Code, the GitHub Copilot app, and GitHub Copilot CLI.
