Amazon lets users shop with Alexa by text message
AIAmazon says it is launching a feature that lets select U.S. customers shop on Amazon by texting its Alexa AI agent in natural language, covering item search, cart additions and purchases. The text agent can also manage lists, track prices, compare products and check order status, and users can share a photo to find similar listings.
