Lovable adds EU inference to route AI model requests to European endpoints

Lovable's EU inference setting, available on Enterprise, routes supported AI model requests to designated European endpoints while teams build and when published apps use the built-in Lovable AI service.

Claude models are not available under this setting in published apps, and requests to them are rejected. The setting does not cover data storage, direct calls to other AI providers, or web search and browsing tools, which still use US services.
