Anthropic files IPO prospectus showing record revenue and $780 billion in compute commitments
AIAnthropic has filed an S-1 with the SEC to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT, with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley leading the offering. The filing shows first-half 2026 revenue of $16.3 billion and a first positive GAAP operating profit of $974 million in Q2 2026.
