Alter launches access control for multi-user AI agents
AIAlter, a Y Combinator S25 startup, launches an authorization engine that gives each AI agent its own identity, scoped grants and audit log instead of shared API keys. The platform sits between agents and 140 providers, with a single SDK call handling storage, token refresh, policy checks and audit, plus LangChain, MCP and AWS integrations.
