a16z backs doxxnet, a privacy-focused private network for people and their AI agents

a16z is leading doxxnet's Series A, backing a parallel private network that lets people and their agents browse privately, transfer files directly, and connect devices into encrypted meshes without a central communications server. doxxnet, built by Barrett Lyon, uses its own global backbone, IP space, naming system, and certificate authority, and requires no email address or phone number to get started.
