Musk says SpaceX's market opportunity far exceeds $28.5 trillion estimate
AIElon Musk said on X that the $28.5 trillion total addressable market (TAM) in SpaceX's IPO filing is wrong and the real figure is "far higher." The S-1 filing attributes about 90% of that estimate to AI, including $22.7 trillion for enterprise AI applications, and $1.6 trillion to Starlink connectivity. Musk also said on October 15 that SpaceX could reach a $100 trillion market value in under 10 years, barring world war.
