AIGreenlight Financial built Luna, an autonomous security operations system on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, which the company says resolves more than 90 percent of up to 4,000 monthly security and risk cases without human intervention. The system uses a Tier 1 supervisor with more than 30 specialized agents for routine triage and a Tier 2 supervisor for deeper investigation, with episodic and long-term memory improving accuracy over time.
