French Justice Ministry figures recorded about 6,800 to 6,900 people placed in custody in the early phase of school protests that began in mid-September 2026, 86 percent of them minors.

French Interior Ministry estimates put nationwide participation above 550,000 by October 17, with clashes in Paris, Lyon, Marseille and Lille.

The article also describes protests in Italy, Belgium, Greece, Spain and Portugal over living costs, and blames American policy and the Ukraine war for Europe's decline, claims the source presents without supporting evidence.

THE GREAT RESET : DAWN OF A NEW GLOBAL ORDER

Europe’s streets are on fire and what began in mid-September 2026 as high-school blockades over absent teachers, leaking roofs, overcrowded classrooms and chronic under-investment has expanded into the largest sustained wave of social protest in decades. Justice Ministry in France figures recorded roughly 6,800 to 6,900 people placed in police custody in the early phase alone, 86 percent of them minors with no previous criminal records. A fifteen-year-old in Lens lost a hand and part of his forearm when a police stun grenade detonated near a school protest; another teenager suffered a shattered jaw and lost teeth after a close-range launcher strike. Stun grenades were temporarily suspended for school demonstrations after the public outcry, yet the pattern of force continued. By 17 October, French Interior Ministry estimates put nationwide participation above 550,000, with major clashes in Paris, Lyon, Marseille and Lille. More than a thousand fresh arrests were recorded on the Saturday alone. Barricades appeared, vehicles burned, shops were looted and public buildings were damaged. Yellow-vest veterans and union contingents joined the youth, widening the demands from education funding to purchasing power, public services and opposition to austerity.

In Italy, clashes erupted at Milan’s Duomo, with stones thrown at police and water cannon deployed in Turin, Bologna and other cities. Students and broader coalitions took to the streets in Belgium, where water cannon and tear gas were used in Brussels and Liège, as well as in Greece and Spain. Across Belgium, France, Italy and Portugal, hundreds of thousands have taken to the streets to protest rising living costs, low wages and housing shortages, placing mounting pressure on governments throughout the European Union. In Portugal, house prices have more than doubled since 2017 and rents for new leases have risen almost as sharply, turning housing into an acute political crisis. Fuel prices, already elevated after the earlier US-Iran confrontation that disrupted shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, compounded the squeeze on households and small businesses.

The downfall of Europe has begun, marked by inflation, recessionary pressures, public debt that in France exceeds 119 percent of GDP, and civil strife that ordinary policing can no longer contain. What appears as separate national grievances is in fact the surface expression of a deeper structural breakdown: an energy shock transmitted through American policy, fiscal resources diverted into a proxy war, and a social contract that can no longer deliver rising living standards to the young or the middle class. European governments that once managed decline through transfers and regulatory expansion now face a generation that sees no path to the living standards their parents took for granted.

America is destroying Europe, and Europeans, blinded by their hatred of Russia, cannot see it. The energy shock, the sanctions architecture, the diversion of industrial capacity and fiscal resources into Ukraine, and the resulting inflation have hollowed out European living standards while American LNG exporters and defence contractors gained market share. European governments that treated the conflict as an existential moral struggle rather than a strategic choice absorbed the costs of higher energy, disrupted supply chains and lost competitiveness. Manufacturing in Germany and northern Italy has contracted under energy prices that remain structurally higher than those faced by American competitors. Fiscal space that might have been used for housing, education or industrial policy has been consumed by subsidies, refugee costs and military aid.

Israel on the other hand is targeting Europe through its American proxy. The wounds of past European humiliations run deep, and they have not been forgotten. Ancient Rome and the New Rome have long been targets under the logic of Pax Judaica. Europe, i.e. Ancient Roman Empire have been long blamed for the destruction of the Second Jewish Temple, has now run into the crosshairs of Israel for refusing to back it fully in the Middle East against Iran and for censuring it on Gaza. European capitals in Paris, Madrid that called for restraint, supported international legal scrutiny of operations in Gaza, or hesitated on maximum pressure against Tehran find themselves facing coordinated political, media and lobbying pressure transmitted through Washington and organised street chaos. While the old Rome in Europe faces street chaos, social strife in conflicts; the New Rome in America is now being dragged into an endless war in Iran, facing mounting deficits and debts, draining the financial vitality of the American empire into a terminal decline.

The result is a continent asked to absorb the economic costs of American and Israeli regional priorities while its own social fabric frays. European elites who still believe in the post-1945 Atlantic bargain are discovering that the American side of that bargain now prioritises different winners and different objectives. The hatred of Russia has become the instrument that blinds European publics and elites alike to the source of their immediate material decline. What they fail to understand is that a part of the Anglophile European elite wedded to NATO’s war mongering agenda is look for expanding conflicts across the region at cost of European citizens. While the old aristocracy and nobility in Europe having close ties to City of London seeks to push back against a complete surrender to Washington’s strategic objectives on the continent.

The American-Israeli axis wants Russia to flip from Iran to the American side and thereby checkmate China. After the diesel deal and sanctions waiver issued by Trump Administration, Russia and the United States are discussing the construction of American data centres that would run on Russian nuclear power. Putin’s envoy Kirill Dmitriev has stated that the two sides are discussing joint projects in the field of Russia-USA data centres, including the use of Russian nuclear power plants and small modular reactors, and that Putin and Trump are examining a wide range of initiatives expected to be announced soon. He has previously noted the large synergistic effect between Russia and the United States in the Arctic, in the LNG sector and in other energy projects. The diesel arrangement demonstrated that transactional deals remain possible even amid war and sanctions; nuclear-powered compute would lock in a deeper energy-technology interdependence.

For Washington, access to reliable Russian baseload power would underwrite the energy-hungry AI and hyperscaler build-out that American technology firms require. For Moscow, it offers revenue, selective technology access and a wedge that loosens the isolation imposed since 2022. The strategic prize is larger than any single commercial deal. Detaching Russia from its partnership with Iran, reducing the depth of the Sino-Russian alignment, and leaving China more exposed on its western and southern flanks would reshape the Eurasian balance. Data centres powered by Russian nuclear plants would embed American compute demand inside Russian energy infrastructure, creating mutual dependencies that are harder to unwind than simple commodity sales. Arctic cooperation and LNG projects would further lock the two powers into a resource relationship that bypasses both European intermediaries and Chinese leverage.

Russia and Iran are viewed by certain sections in Israel’s religious eschatological beliefs as the protagonists of battle of Gog and Magog, with the United States serving as the vehicle to achieve regional domination in the Middle East. The geopolitical aim is to degrade Russia by using Zelensky, who is backed by the Jewish oligarchs, in Ukraine to force a catastrophic war that consumes Europe and Russia into mutually assured destruction. This is to force Russia to flip toward America, and isolate both China and Islamist states. A Sustained attrition in Ukraine has already drained European treasuries, industrial stocks and political capital. Continued pressure keeps Moscow focused westward, prevents a clean pivot east or south, and creates the conditions under which a face-saving economic reorientation toward the United States becomes the least-bad option.

Once Russia is flipped or sufficiently weakened, the remaining task is to isolate China economically and militarily while containing or fragmenting the broader Islamist axis that runs through Iran, its proxies and aligned states. The United States functions as the indispensable platform: its financial system, its basing network, its technology and its alliance structure supply the leverage that no other power can match. The framing of Gog and Magog supplies the eschatological language that some influential networks use to interpret the conflict; the practical effect is a strategy of managed attrition designed to exhaust one set of adversaries while preparing the ground for a new alignment. Europe is expected to supply the money, the weapons and the political cover until the attrition has done its work, after which the costs will be written off as the price of a necessary realignment.

Saudi Arabia is being pushed to fight the Houthis and Iran. American bases and security presence are being ruined or rendered unsustainable while Israel gains prominence in the region. Mohammed bin Salman in KSA is being forced by circumstances to seek IDF help in order to save the monarchy from Iran-backed Houthis and broader regional threats. The erosion of the old American security umbrella, combined with the demonstrated vulnerability of Gulf infrastructure and the persistence of the Yemen conflict, creates a vacuum that Israel is positioned to fill. Direct or indirect military and intelligence cooperation becomes the practical alternative to a crumbling American-centric order.

Riyadh’s choices are increasingly becoming binary i.e. confront the Iranian axis with Israeli support or risk further erosion of the monarchy’s position. This realignment simultaneously weakens residual American influence in the Gulf and elevates Israel as the indispensable regional partner. American bases that once projected power across the Middle East are becoming liabilities rather than assets, either because local populations reject them or because their utility has been overtaken by closer Israeli-Gulf coordination. The net result is a regional architecture in which Israel’s security role expands while traditional American preponderance contracts. The same logic that once made American protection the price of oil now makes Israeli cooperation the price of regime survival.

India is being hard-wired into defence and technology supply chains, playing a critical role in this global war and conflict to degrade or take down the Pakistan node of the Communist-Islamist axis of China-Pakistan and Turkey. On one side America is empowering Pakistan; on the other side Israel is aiding India. The pattern is visible in arms transfers, technology co-development, intelligence sharing and diplomatic signalling. Two countries are being prepared to degrade each other in mutually destructive conflict. General Munir will serve Pakistan into various pieces for these end goals, whether through internal fracture, external pressure or managed escalation. India is aware of the games; that is why it is hedging with Russia and expanding trade with China.

New Delhi’s multi-alignment Russian energy and arms, Chinese commerce, Western technology and Israeli defence cooperation is not confusion but deliberate risk management. It seeks the benefits of the supply-chain integration without becoming the disposable instrument that absorbs the full costs of a larger American-Israeli strategy. The objective is not an Indian victory for its own sake but the controlled degradation of the Pakistan node that connects China to the broader Islamist axis. India’s awareness of this dynamic explains its continued purchases of Russian systems, its refusal to join formal alliances, and its careful management of the China border even while deepening certain Western technology partnerships. Both India and Pakistan are being positioned as instruments whose mutual exhaustion serves a larger design.

The bigger contest is between the United States and China which has entered the decisive phase of an AI war in which compute, energy and semiconductors are the primary weapons. Taiwan sits at the centre of this struggle as the irreplaceable node for advanced chips; any disruption there would collapse Western AI timelines while forcing China to accelerate its own domestic capacity. The resulting supply-chain crisis due to Hormuz blockade in Iran war is already causing fuel, fertiliser and foodstuffs shortages globally. Higher energy prices and restricted shipping routes have driven up the cost of nitrogen fertilisers, squeezing global agricultural output and pushing food inflation into political instability across importing regions.

These material pressures feed directly into a financial crisis. Persistent inflation compels central banks like Federal Reserve, ECB, Bank of Japan and RBI to hike rates. Trump Administration is meanwhile pressing Kevin Warsh to not hike rates as Treasury aims to buy at the long end of the curve i.e. suppressing the yield curve or financial repression. This has result in a bond market revolt by Bond Vigilante’s against Treasury interventions. America is now caught in a cycle of debt of the AI bubble in form bonds of Coreweave and Softbank being dumped by investors as they price in a midterm loss for Trump’s GOP and a Democratic sweep which could potentially logjam Washington DC. America needs cheap liquidity and energy to run its AI & Data Center buildout while the inverse is happening of rate hikes and ehigher energy prices due to disastrous wars in Iran and Ukraine threatening to blow over its AI bubble & the bond market.

Against this backdrop, Russia, India and China are accelerating alternate payment and settlement systems under the BRICS framework. These mechanisms bypass dollar clearing, settle trade in local currencies or commodity baskets, and reduce exposure to sanctions and correspondent-bank controls. The effect is to fragment the existing monetary order at the precise moment when energy, fertiliser and food shortages amplify inflation and force Western authorities into ever more aggressive financial engineering. What appears as separate crises in semiconductors, agriculture and bond markets is in reality a single process i.e. the attempt to degrade or contain one power bloc while locking in digital and resource dependencies that will underwrite the next monetary architecture.

On a broader level, this depicts the fight between the banking and financial oligarchy in London and the aristocracy in Brussels on one side, and Big Tech, Big Oil, the military-industrial complex and the Chabad-Lubavitch/AIPAC Israeli lobby in America on the other. London’s residual financial power and Brussels’ regulatory and institutional apparatus represent the older European order of managed decline, open borders, green-transition costs and fiscal transfers. Arrayed against them are the American forces that benefit from energy dominance, defence spending, technology platforms and a tightly organised pro-Israel political machine.

The contest is not merely ideological; it is about who sets the rules of capital, technology and security in the next decade. European elites who still believe in the post-1945 Atlantic bargain are discovering that the American side of the bargain now prioritises different winners. The London-Brussels axis seeks to preserve a rules-based order that constrains American unilateralism and maintains European institutional relevance.

The opposing constellation of Big Tech, Big Oil, the military-industrial complex and the organised Israeli lobby seeks an order in which American technological and energy advantage, combined with Israeli regional primacy, defines the terms. The European street unrest and the fiscal strain of the Ukraine war accelerate the relative decline of the older European power centres. Capital that once flowed through London and regulatory authority that once resided in Brussels are both losing ground to platforms, energy exporters and lobbying networks based in the United States.

The ultimate end goal of the Big Tech oligarchy is a global monetary reset that imposes a digital control grid through CBDCs and AI-based surveillance, together with capital controls and new layers of the monetary system. In this system, digital money in the form of stablecoins would handle retail trade, CBDCs would settle trade between countries, and a basket of G-Secs and Treasuries backed by gold, silver, copper and other metals would settle annual trade deficits.

A new monetary and trading order is being rolled out, underwriting the New Global Order amid chaos and conflict. Stablecoins, already expanding under American regulatory frameworks, provide programmable retail rails that can be frozen, limited or redirected at the platform level. Wholesale CBDCs or equivalent settlement mechanisms allow states and central banks to control cross-border flows without the frictions of the old correspondent-banking system. The metals-backed residual for imbalances reintroduces a hard-asset constraint at the top of the pyramid while leaving the lower layers fully digital and surveillable. AI systems supply the real-time monitoring, identity linkage and behavioural scoring that make the grid enforceable.

The European unrest, the Ukraine attrition, the Middle East realignments and the India-Pakistan preparation are not separate crises; they are the disorderly conditions under which the reset can be presented as the necessary stabilisation. Those who control the digital rails, the energy that powers the compute, and the security architecture that protects both will set the terms of the New Global Order. The chaos on European streets and the wars on the Eurasian periphery are the birth pangs of that order. Capital controls, programmable money and continuous surveillance will be sold as the only practical answers to the instability that the preceding conflicts have produced. The architecture is already visible in the expansion of stablecoin frameworks, the push for central-bank digital currencies, the build-out of energy-intensive data centres, and the normalisation of identity-linked digital systems. What remains is the political moment in which these instruments can be locked in under the cover of crisis.

This era is producing epoch-making global changes that will redefine power, money and order for decades. The simultaneous pressures of the US–China AI contest, the vulnerability of Taiwan’s semiconductor monopoly, and cascading shortages in fuel, fertiliser and foodstuffs are not isolated shocks. They are compressing the old system until its financial architecture marked by inflation, rate hikes, yield-curve suppression and bond-market stress can no longer hold without fundamental redesign. Recessionary forces and capital controls are already accelerating the fragmentation of dollar-centric settlement, while Russia, India and China expand alternate payment rails that settle trade outside traditional clearing systems.

These material and monetary fractures are occurring alongside the attrition of European cohesion, the realignment of Middle Eastern security toward Israel, and the managed positioning of India and Pakistan as counterweights within a larger Eurasian contest. The result is a deliberate environment of instability in which digital money, programmable stablecoins, CBDC settlement layers and metals-backed residual instruments can be introduced as the necessary stabilisers. Those who control the energy that powers compute, the chips that enable AI, and the surveillance architecture that governs digital transactions will set the terms of the emerging order.

What appears as crisis is the mechanism of transition: a controlled unravelling of the post-1945 arrangements that clears the ground for a tighter, more surveillable and more resource-constrained global system. The epoch now under way will be measured not by the restoration of the old equilibrium but by who writes the rules of the new one. The Unipolar moment post 1990 is over with America pivoting back to pre-world war II economic era of Hamilton while the rest of the in the east and the wider global south seeks to scramble itself into safety. The long peace that prevail since World War II is now over and what follows is a period of great trials and turbulations and only the ones who have the capacity to fight shall survive to see the dawn of “New Global Order”.
