Amazon's Atlas AI tool reportedly scores UK warehouses for union risk

Internal documents disclosed in a Canadian legal dispute suggest Amazon uses its Atlas AI forecasting tool to score warehouses from 100 to 900 on the likelihood of union activity. Two UK sites, including a Coventry warehouse, are listed in the top risk tier.

Amazon says Atlas works only at site level, does not track individual employees, and is not used to monitor dissent, and that Atlas is not currently used in the UK. GMB and Foxglove criticize the tool as intrusive.
