Orange Business builds Live Intelligence on LangChain and LangSmith

Orange Business built Live Intelligence Studio on LangChain and LangSmith instead of developing its own agent infrastructure, which it says would have taken over a year.

The platform is deployed across 120,000 Orange employees and adopted by 150+ customers in France and Europe. Orange Business runs a three-layer evaluation in production on LangSmith, covering RAG quality, agent behavior, and production trace monitoring.
