Factory adds User Groups for per-person usage limits and model access
AIFactory adds User Groups, which sync from identity providers through Directory Sync and set usage limits and model access for specific people across the organizations they are mapped into. Settings resolve in a hierarchy where individual overrides beat group settings, which beat organization defaults, and a user in several groups gets the highest usage limit and access to any model a group allows.
