Nammu21 automates syndicated loans on Google Cloud Universal Ledger
AINammu21 and Google Cloud built a proof-of-concept that converts syndicated loan agreements into smart contracts on the Google Cloud Universal Ledger (GCUL). The demo modeled a $1.945 billion Term Loan B, with the agent bank, borrower and lenders working from one shared on-ledger record.
