Empyrean Technology to buy 50.38% of Easy-Logic Technology for $33 million
AIEmpyrean Technology, China's top EDA tools provider, plans to acquire a 50.38% stake in Shenzhen-based start-up Easy-Logic Technology for 218.8 million yuan (US$33 million), according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing. Easy-Logic, founded in 2021, develops logic optimisation tools that help chip designers cut iteration time and resource needs.
